I stand behind that statement. Well I am the author and I am supposed to feel this way about the project. If I can't seriously say this about the eBook then I don't need to be selling it or putting it out there to into the world.

Putting out a high quality manual/guide that outlines some of the various training methods, information and philosophies that I have used to train some of the worlds busiest and most successful people was at the top of the list for me. That is why it took an extra 3 weeks before making it available on Amazon. Hopefully, many of you have been following me and BBEX on Facebook and have been getting the video chapter previews of this kindle eBook. I chronicled each chapter and gave the content that would be covered. Check this all out. There is no shortage of information in this eBook.

There are exercise recommendations. Both physical and mental exercises and workshops that have helped people become take fitness from a necessary evil to to an enjoyable habit. The people that have implemented the exercises in this manual and really take what they can from it have reported being able to think their way through many of the obstacles that normally have stopped them from exercising previous to reading "The Fitness Blueprint". People also have reported a heightened ability to filter out the BS fitness info out there and better navigate their own path for a healthy lifelong relationship to fitness.

I created this book in twelve short and digestible parts for people who are busy to be able to soak in and apply at their leisure. Each section is it's own article and personalized workshop with training tips and resources. Every one of us know's on some level that exercise and healthy eating benefit the human body tremendously. There is literally tons and tons of info pumped into society about what to physically do to live a fit and healthy life. This manual/guide looks at that but also how to create your own "living" and flexible approach to fitness. One that ultimately will get done consistently and bring about lasting results for life. As a career fitness expert I felt that it was time to GET REAL. It's high time that we as humanity look at why it is that we mentally know what it takes to access all of the benefits that fitness can provide, many of us even experience it from time to time, yet only a few of us truly do what it takes consistently. This book helps you to Discover it and then DO SOMETHING NEW :) For the introductory price of $9.97 you cannot afford Not to add this to your success library. GET YOURS NOW!
How Are You Living?

Here is a question that you can ask of yourself that can be an access of
total power in life. Fear and Intention are all that exist. Spending a lifetime
avoiding taking a look at the context that you live from can cripple all fitness
efforts. Fitness begins and ends with the mind. Mentally lazy equals physically
lazy for most people. Learn to tap into your inner power by Facing yourself.
If it was easy to keep it all balanced and incorporate exercise and eating
right we'd all be super fit and living powerfully. Dig Deep and Do Work!

(Avoid the Ose and Itols)

I am going to be frank and let you all in on the true origin of the surge in obesity in recent years. Now we can all stop being perplexed about the obesity epidemic among adults and sadly, more recently, our children. Nearly every single food that is in the supermarket has some rendition or form of sugar in it. There are also a wide array of names to mask it's presence. I feel these names are used to keep people guessing and constantly confused when it comes to making informed decisions about what to eat in order to stay healthy.

It is not easy these days to keep this wonderful machine that we call the human body running as efficiently as possible due to the great confusion about what to eat in the marketplace. Corn syrup and High fructose corn syrup are staples in all manner of foodstuff today. This was not the case 4o years ago. There has been a shift from a priority placed on nutritional integrity to a focus on money generation. Large factory like food manufacturers and the assembly line approach to providing our food and extending shelve lives of foods has resulted in expanded waistlines, loss of quality of life and illness in the human race. Food quality goes down and all of these unfortunate side effects continue to rise. The thing that blows my mind is that the food companies are allowed to change how they list ingredient names as soon as the public learns about the potential dangers of consuming them. Just when we learn how to identify them they switch up the name. Many times the ingredient is not lessened or taken out of the food all together it is renamed.

Monosodium glutamate has been linked to causing agitation, anxiety, heart palpitations, cancer and a gang of other complications for some people. If you are a person who wants to avoid it you can not get away with Not buying foods that don't list it. You must also know that Anything hydrolyzed, yeast extract, vegetable protein, soy protein, Flavor enhancer, Calcium Glutamate, soy protein isolate and natural flavoring are names that can mask MSG. HFCS have now been removed from many foods as it hurt sales when the public became aware of the possible complications associated with it. There is a move now to allow HFC's to be labeled simply corn syrup. Many foods have done away with it but I bet you we will see a lot more corn syrup back in the mix if this goes through.(HFCS are cheaper to manufacture)

The best thing that you can do now is to be aware of the craziness going on. One of the greatest things that you can do now to become FIT and not FAT is to become aware of what you are ingesting and avoid sugar. It is behind many of the cancers and weight related issues that we are seeing in great numbers today. Sugar is usually masked in words that end in "ose" or "itol" so you have Any Syrups, sucrose, lactose, levulose, sucrulose, etc. and sorbitol, maltitol, Isomalt, maltodextrin, ethyl maltol, glucose solids, barley malt etc. these are all sweeteners or sugars. If you are looking to avoid them to add to the logevity, vitality and energy in your life leave foods that have these sweeteners for special occasions. This is one of the fastest and safest ways to lose weight and look and feel better. Especially avoid foods that list multiples of these ingredients. You will enjoy a profound change in the way that you look and feel day to day. I have seen the most rapid weight and fat loss occur for my clients who overcome their addiction to sugar! Let me know what happens for you.

One of the Greatest tools to creating a new fitness habit is to choose a "Go To" mode of exercise that suits you best. It is easier to find time to exercise if it is something that you enjoy doing. I had a client that liked to use kettle bells. She was going away to a resort for 2 weeks for business and because she had established a main mode of exercise she was able to have the concierge have them waiting for her in the exact poundage that she needed. If they didn't have them she knew enough about kettle bells to know that she could substitute a dumbbell as well.

When life throws you a curve ball as it normally does you can still exercise as needed if you have an established knowledge of a go to mode of exercise. Because I have an affinity for bodybuilding, resistance and strength training, I whip up programs for myself through out the day. I incorporate exercises using my body weight that are intense and effective yet time conscious. Because I train people in-home clientele as well as on location I no longer work in a gym. Staying in shape even for me takes thinking and intention in this day and age. It is a Great thing to have a base to return to in the realm of exercise. Find Yours today and build from it ;)

Making strides in fitness is more than just exercising. It is a
combination of things. Everyone who is very fit exercises, but not
everyone who exercises is fit. A certain life balance has to be met
in order to ultimately have the physical body that you wish to have.
That takes making a conscious effort and investment to do so.

Also because our eating patterns training and thoughts take on many transformations during life. A picture and a keen eye is one of the best ways to tell if you are close to your desired result. The last little bit means something different to each person. The last 5-10 pounds of a weight loss or muscle building journey is usually the hardest. The key is to feel good about what you have accomplished thus far and be patient.

TIGHTEN IT UP
1. The reason that you can see that you are almost where you want to be physically is because you consistently kept at doing what it takes to reach your ultimate goal. Do not be discouraged, continue at it. You are almost there. The key is to tighten it up on the things that you may have let slip in between the cracks. Be honest with yourself. Maybe you allow milk and sugar into your coffee, a little more simple processed carbs than you should have,(you have been justifying it by saying "It's only a little bit" ) You cut out that extra set of abs or lst 2 reps at the end of your routine, you allow for those few drinks at the end of the week. It is time to tighten it up once again. To get to that next level of lean and strong you have to cut out all of the little habits that you have allowed to sneak back into your regimen. Go through your current program and pick them out and deal with them powerfully.

CARDIO MIX UP
2. Now may be the time to look at incorporating a New and different type of cardio into the mix. Choose something that is new and taxing to your body. Try Plyometrics, HIIT intervals, Kettlebells, total body weight training with short breaks. If you are looking to gain weight then step up the intensity of your weight training sessions. Increase the weight or the amount of sets that you incorporate into your program.

SLEEP & RECOUPERATION
3. Get more sleep and allow for your body to recuperate. The key to seeing your results in the mirror is rest. Your muscles and the entire environment of your body will need time to reset if your training sessions have become more rigorous. You will have to know when to pump the breaks and when to step up the intensity. Employ things like myofascial release (Deep tissue massage) for muscle recovery, Days of rest with less calories consumed, eating foods that agree with your body and the goals that you want to attain. Many people run their bodies into the ground trying to make the last little push. Unfortunately, injury is usually the result of over training. It is not a coincidence that most injuries occur very close to the time when people should be peaking.

STRESS LESS
4. Let go of stress. Your body may be holding onto the last 10 pounds that you want to let go of due to the stressed and anxious environment of your mind. I have seen it time and time again with clients. Anxiety is often synonymous with high body fat levels and difficulty growing quality lean mass. Get your thoughts in check...I know it's hard but practice the

SUPPLEMENTS
5. Incorporate the use of supplements that go along with the healthy diet and eating habits that you have turned into a habit. Athletic Supplements that supply the nutrients that you do not otherwise consume will help you to reach your goal fastest. I recommend that you choose supplements that are derived from natural ingredients. The proper supplementation to your workouts can account for up to 10% of your results. They shouldn't be relied on but used to enhance what you are doing right already.

WATER
6. Drink more water as it helps propel all of the processes in the body.

PROBLEM AREAS
7. Spend a little more time training the areas of your body that you want to see the most change in but are the hardest to alter. In bodybuilding these are called your lagging parts. You should all know what they are. You will definitely know if you are taking progress pictures. Get in touch with what they are. Mine are my abs, my shoulders and the upper part of my arms. Genetics usually dictate what they are but you can do a lot to make these areas look and feel different if you target them a little more as you step things up.

Finally, don't place pressure and scrutiny on your progress. Be confident that you are going to change, just as you have in the past when you took new action consistency in the past. Acknowledge your past successes in order to access the possibilities that you choose to manifest in the future. Make use of all of these tools as they will propel you forward into losing that last 5-10lbs.

I don't want anyone else to fall for the food traps out there. I don't want people to invest in the products that are utter crap and no good for you simply because they are labeled "nicely". You will see that JUNK food companies have made Extra efforts to point out the "health benefits" of the foods that they make. Even "Pop Tarts" have tapped into the health Craze on the label it stating that it is a "Good source B vitamins and antioxidants" So is Broccoli! Most of America's "food stuffs" are comprised primarily of sugar, cheap corn, and even cheaper oils (cottonseed, soybean, and canola etc...) Make a conscious effort not to fall into the traps that are set by these food companies. "Low Fat", "Lite", "No sugar"... "Natural" " Great source of B-Vitamins" When you see those things on the label I want you to put the container down and back away Slowly from the shelf like Peter Griffin of "Family Guy". You will be buying a product that is bombarded with artificial ingredients & preservatives to make it last longer and to make it taste palate-able.

Andre Farnell on Comfort costing people their fitness. A valuable tool is to be able
to come comfortable with being uncomfortable. He speaks about Being able to deal powerfully with what "you like" or "want" in order to access your true calling which is
to be fit and in the best shape possible. One of the keys to continue on the road to fitness indefinitely.
People such as Earnestine Shepherd 74yrs old, and the man off to her left Intended on being fit. Their extreme levels of fitness at their advanced ages are not accidental.

There is no way that you can be 74 years old or older and look and feel as vibrant as they do without being committed and deliberate in exercise. Many people are saying right now "Oh they must have Great genes." I don't care what type of genes you possess, to do what they have done takes work and a certain way of being. Many people have great genes that do not get expressed. the best in your gene pool will never be expressed if you do not work towards it every day of your life. Make a choice to access the very best in your genes. Don't settle for the worst. Take control of your life and make the fitness levels you enjoy and the body that carries you through life an extension of your greatness.

The holidays may be over but the pounds live on for so many people. How is your resolve to be in the best shape of your life in 2012? By now I hope that you have realized that getting the best body of your life is All a head game. The reason why eating right and exercising is difficult for some people and simply a natural extension of life is how we have become mentally wired over time. The ability to maintain a high level of awareness and action around fitness has to be a choice that you make daily. A top five priority in your life will always gets done. Your health should rank up there. Only you can get it there, whether you like it or not, only you are responsible.

Stay mentally connected to what you want to accomplish. Allow the world to happen around you and not to you and then you can continue exercising and therefore reap the benefits. The more awareness and the commitment that you have to your personal health the more likely that you will find time for exercise and healthy eating. You will be more likely to make life-long choices that result in you being healthy and active.

Yes I said "LIFE-LONG CHOICES". Looking at fitness as a short term destination and Not as an ongoing way of being will show up as a problem you will have to make constant choices. You are faced with a life-time of lifestyle choices that result in either your best levels of health and your sexiest body or illness and undesirable outcomes. I have been working on a brand new ebook that will serve as the "Fitness Primer" that you can apply to your current mindset to make fitess stick. We are not all equipped with the mindset to continuously exercise and control what we eat.

You can most certainly learn and adopt it and benefit from a life long connection to fitness that you do no dread. Stay tuned to this blog to gain access to The "Fitness Primer System" It will make fitness easier for those who struggle and want the benefits of exercise. We all should have the bodies that suit us in achieving whats important to us and enjoy both health and longevity until it's time to exit this life. Make it happen people it's your call you have ALL of the Power...Let's get it!
                  LIVE LIFE LIMITLESS

	      Asbert Kevin Caesar
I have no idea which experience is a better existence. Death or the experiences we have while living here on this earth. I do know that we are not promised tomorrow and that one day we all will know death. I lost my cousin this month to senseless violence.

He was a super ambitious hardworking and happy man who's smile invited you in and just made you feel good when you spoke to him. We weren't super close but one of the things that he always expressed to me was his aim to work hard and to do & become more.

He always asked me about my company and encouraged me to continue on with growing it. Losing him made me think about how frail and fleeting life is.

It made me think of how so many of us take Life for granted and don't live it fully and LIVE with all that we have in us. Too many people are like economy cars afraid to use up all of the gas in the tank. We don't always do what we say, we dont always do what is in our hearts to be done. Fear has a strong hold on us and we don't always aim to become the BEST versions of ourselves for BOTH ourselves and the world.

We owe the best versions of ourselves to the entire human race, because we were born here on this earth. Everyone reading this ...WAKE UP! We are ALL important & our existence, here and now, matters! Throw down mundane habits that get us nowhere and really don't matter. Throw away Apathy, cynicism and being resigned to do "what you have to do" Create your own uniqe custom built path to travel this lifetime!

Say bye to a life where we feel that the best years of our lives are behind us or that the Ideal version of "ourselves" in our dreams will never materialize. Let's seize life by the horns and become the best us! Learn to listen to the persistent little voice inside of us that we stifle out with television, music, the pursuit of "things", trivial tasks, and other miscellaneous distractions.

Let's commit, like we've never committed to anything before to embracing each day that we breathe. To adding to our physical health daily. Do so with the food that we buy and the exercise that we perform. Do it not only to live longer but to become who we were meant to become to the world. Make the time to invest in our bodies so that we all can optimally share the Greatness that our creator placed inside of us.

Truly commit to doing works that MOVE us from deep within! Give time to Peace and let go of anxiety and other societal (unimportant) things intentionally paced here to confuse, separate, and take our awareness from cultivating SELF. As the human Race let's commit to being Strong, ALIVE & Fully AWARE of our actions. Let's make all of our actions count in this lifetime.

Do more for others because...after the body passes our impact and our essence is carried on in the living. You owe them Greatness to carry around until they too pass. Let's Enrich and touch those around us.

Sad to say it, but I learned more about my cousin in his death from what others said of him than I did in person and on the phone with him while he was alive. He was alive in his friends that spoke of the man he was to them. Uniqe perspectives of those that you touch will live on and are even more REAL than you could know.

I'm left profoundly impacted by who my cousin was to me and even more so by who others knew him to be. We ALL get to choose the Quality of the Life that we live. We should Always invest in it and In every single way that we know how. Let's Do it for ourselves, the ones we love, and all whom we come in contact with. We DO NOT get to choose the length of life...Make it ALL COUNT Every Single Second!

This is a video by doctor Mike Evans and I thought that it makes some great points. I particularly liked the illustrations. A picture tells a thousand words. Everyone Get up. Even a little bit counts. In my professional opinion at least four hours of your week should be spent exercising. The average American spends 35 hours being programmed by a television. At least 4hrs could be spent programming your body (PHYSICALLY) to function as it was made to. Get Moving People! Better yet Step up the intensity and make a progression out of it. What do you think? If you Don't have time to Exercise...Then You Don't Have Time To Live!

(A quick look at some of the Beverages that we subconsciously drink)

Fitness is a Drinking Game (The Truth About What we Drink)

This is a quick look at 4 popular beverages that we consume and some of their functions in the body. How they may or may not aid in promoting your health and wellness/fitness efforts.

Juices and Drinks
I have Chosen to start with juice because these are the beverages that many of us are giving to our children. I have a picture of a blueberry drink, this particular one looks eerily similar to the windshield wiper fluid next to it. The best juice that you can consume is the one that you make by cutting up fruit in a juicer or high powered emulsifier. The actual fruit should be squeezed or cut up and made into drink. The majority juices prebottled for you are loaded with sugars and additives to make them look attractive and last long enough for the consumer to purchase them. Many juices are chemically altered to have a uniform flavor. Think about it… no two oranges taste exactly the same but every box of orange juice taste exactly the same according to brand. No two of any thing in nature taste exactly alike yet and still juices of a certain brand have the same flavor regardless of the fruit used to make them, they are chemically altered. Drinks are different than juices and have far less nutrients than juices. You will see that drinks have little more than a sweetener, water and dye of some sort. They are usually cheaper because they usually contain no fruit. If you must choose between these two go with a juice over a drink any day.

Soda & Diet Soda
We all know of the unhealthy ramifications of drinking sugar laden sodas and colas. What many have switched over to is proving to be no better. There are no calories in diet sodas but the absence of calories have lead to the presence of other things. Calories have never been a problem for the body to use as fuel or store. Artificial sweeteners, preservatives etc. have had adverse effects on the human body. A study by the University of Texas Science Center has concluded that participants who drank diet soda daily over a 10 year span have waistlines that have increased 70% more than non soda drinkers. Expanded waistlines are associated with heightened risks of diabetes, heart disease, cancer and other chronic diseases. When will people understand that zero calories does not mean automatically healthy?

Coffee
Sadly enough it is true that coffee and not fresh produce is the number one source of antioxidants in the American diet. Recent studies have concluded that Coffee is full of chlorogenic acid and melanoids (antioxidants) that act to prevent the oxidation of our bodies' cells and DNA. A recent study by Harvard School of Public health concluded that coffee can help to regulate blood sugar and positively affect type 2 diabetes. Coffee has also been associated with diminishing the risk of stroke, altzheimers, Parkinsons, Dimentia, decreases in cardiovascular disease, certain types of cancer( colon, prostate, rectal, breast). Coffee is considered an acidic food because it causes urine to become more acidic. Coffee ranks only a 5-5.1 on the PH scale. The side effects are jitters in some people, possible aggravation to ulcers. It is a stimulant so you will notice higher blood pressures and higher heart rates. Increased calorie consumption is also a side effect as people add other things that have high calorie levels such as sugar cream and other things for desired flavor. In my opinion Coffee is not as bad for most people as you might think.

Alcohol
Other than that fact that drinking alcohol in excess could dramatically change your life for the worse (hangovers, bad decision-making, sickness, addiction etc) there are a few things about alcohol consumption that may derail your fitness efforts as well. Alcohol provides No nutrients to the body whatsoever and actually interferes with how nutrients are absorbed. Alcohol does provide calories. These calories must be used as fuel or will have a high possibility of being stored as fat in the body. Keep in mind that the alcohol industry is not made to show what is in their proprietary formulas. You do give up the control to make healthier choices in alcoholic beverages. This is a little different than the options you get to enjoy while consuming other foods. Alcohol has 7calories per gram consumed and fat has 9. Both carbs and protein only contain 4 calories per gram consumed. Hormonally there are two things to know about drinking alcohol. Alcohol suppresses both growth hormone release and testosterone production. This is not such a good thing if you are looking to create an anabolic environment in the body, grow muscle, lose body fat and lean out (tone up).

The fact of the matter is that all of these four very common (daily consumable) beverages have the ability to affect your fitness levels and well being. Some peoples body chemistry can withstand the effects of some of these beverages better than others. Each persons body will have a different expression when exposed to a stimulus. Across the board though Water is most beneficial when looking for something to drink that does not have any side effects and promotes Great health. Drinking things that are as close to natural as possible seems to be a great rule of thumb as well. In my opinion I do believe that the expression of the foods and drinks that we eat differ from individual to individual. Many people drink these and other things without thought. It is very important that you are in touch with your own body and its idiosyncrasies. The best person to tell how your body will respond to any input is you. As always, a conscious approach to anything always makes for the best outcome.
