NO EXCUSES!   Many people believe that it is impossible to get fit and remain at a great level of fitness for a lifetime.  There is nothing further from the truth.  The key to doing what needs to be done to make this a possibility is getting control of your mind living a life of intention.

People such as Earnestine Shepherd 74yrs old, and the man off to her left Intended on being fit.  Their extreme levels of fitness at their advanced ages are not accidental.  

There is no way that you can be 74 years old or older and look and feel as vibrant as they do without being committed and deliberate in exercise. Many people are saying right now "Oh they must have Great genes." I don't care what type of genes you possess, to do what they have done takes work and a  certain way of being. Many people have great genes that do not get expressed.  the best in your gene pool will never be expressed if you do not work towards it every day of your life. Make a choice to access the very best in your genes. Don't settle for the worst.  Take control of your life and make the fitness levels you enjoy and the body that carries you through life an extension of your greatness.

The holidays may be over but the pounds live on for so many people.  How is your resolve to be in the best shape of your life in 2012?  By now I hope that you have realized that getting the best body of your life is All a head game.  The reason why eating right and exercising is difficult for some people and simply a natural extension of life is how we have become mentally wired over time.  The ability to maintain a high level of awareness and action around fitness has to be a choice that you make daily.   A top five priority  in your life will always gets done.  Your health should rank up there. Only you can get it there, whether you like it or not, only you are responsible.  

Stay mentally connected to what you want to accomplish. Allow the world to happen around you and not to you and then you can continue exercising and therefore reap the benefits. The more awareness and the commitment that you have to your personal health the more likely that you will find time for exercise and healthy eating.  You will be more likely to make life-long choices that result in you being healthy and active.

Yes I said "LIFE-LONG CHOICES".  Looking at fitness as a short term destination and Not as an ongoing way of being will show up as a problem you will have to make constant choices.  You are faced with a life-time of lifestyle choices that result in either your best levels of health and your sexiest body or illness and undesirable outcomes.  I have been working on a brand new ebook that will serve as the "Fitness Primer" that you can apply to your current mindset to make fitess stick.  We are not all equipped with the mindset to continuously exercise and control what we eat.

You can most certainly learn and adopt it and benefit from a life long connection to fitness that you do no dread. Almonds and other nuts are great and healthy snacks for the individuals on the move.  All of my health conscious an Busy workaholics out there can maintain healthy fit body's while succeeding at what they do.

Incorporate Raw,unsalted Almonds into your diet. During the roasting process that most nuts will undergo salt is added and some of the mineral and nutrients are lost in the process. Although it is said to be a minimal loss in some variety of nuts every little bit of nourishment that you can glean from today's foods counts. When it comes to nutrients in the foods that we consume aim to eat foods that are nutrient dense.  There are already so many snack stuffs that do absolutely nothing for our body nutrient-wise. why take something that is naturally healthy and compromise its qualities for taste, shipping or even visual appeal.  

One of the greatest tips that I can give you is to cut out completely or to greatly diminish the amount of wheat products that you eat on a given day.  The cause of the common pot belly is wheat products.  You may as well call it wheat belly.  You will notice that your stomach will get flat and the layer of flab covering you will start to thin as soon as you cut out the consumption of so much wheat products. This happens for many reasons but primarily because the wheat products that we are eating have been tampered with on so many levels.

The whole wheat products these days are a far cry from what they used to be in ancient times.  The average whole wheat product nutritiously is a smidgen better than white bread and is a far cry from what is mad in some remote parts of the globe.  If you leave it out on the counter for 2 weeks and can still come and make a sandwich to eat out of it with out devouring mold and penicillin then something is absolutely wrong.  That goes for just about any food product out there.  

If you got all organic ingredients and made it in your home  from scratch you are better off than eating anything made in the Labs that they call bakery's, kitchens, food factories of today.  Eat them less and you will find that there will be less fat on you. 
Snack on Raw fruits and veggies.  Make them the stars of the major dishes that you prepare.  Replace the pasta, bread and rice with sprouted veggies, lentils, beans, quinoa, kale, and spinach.  You will then reach a level of lean like you never experienced before in life. 

Make it a goal of yours to eat something that is naturally occurring and raw most times of the day.  You will actually save on your food bill each month and give your body the nutrients it is craving.  If you really can't live without the white stuff...lmao then make only one meal of it daily.  This will drastically diminish the amount of sugar that you consume as well.  A body that is low on sugar consumption is a body that is less likely to experience diseases and ailments as well. Excess sugar consumption has been shown in numerous studies to manifest itself in a host of ailments.  The expressions of too much sugar consumption varies from person to person in diseases ranging from obesity, diabetes, to various forms of cancer.  According to the USDA he average American consumes 134 lbs of refined sugar yearly. (Excluding honey) Now that you know... Knock it off please!  I love you guys... Add to your longevity each day.  Nothing tastes better than Looking and feeling Fit Feels.    In April 2012 look for the new BBEX Movement... Antipreggo!  No one should look pregnant who isn't.
