The spring is coming and it will be time for people to get leaner in preparation for the summer months. The way that you will be able to tell if what you are doing is working is by taking progress pics. These are what I have done on the left Like they say a picture is a thousand words. You should be taking a progress picture every 6-8 weeks. Believe it or not many people who you see in peak condition do not always look like that. There are times when even the most fit people are Not in "peak physical shape". This is because of the cyclical processes of the internal environment of the bodies and the complex hormonal systems in place. Also because our eating patterns training and thoughts take on many transformations during life. A picture and a keen eye is one of the best ways to tell if you are close to your desired result. The last little bit means something different to each person. The last 5-10 pounds of a weight loss or muscle building journey is usually the hardest. The key is to feel good about what you have accomplished thus far and be patient.
