NO EXCUSES! Many people believe that it is impossible to get fit and remain at a great level of fitness for a lifetime. There is nothing further from the truth. The key to doing what needs to be done to make this a possibility is getting control of your mind living a life of intention.
People such as Earnestine Shepherd 74yrs old, and the man off to her left Intended on being fit. Their extreme levels of fitness at their advanced ages are not accidental.
The holidays may be over but the pounds live on for so many people. How is your resolve to be in the best shape of your life in 2012? By now I hope that you have realized that getting the best body of your life is All a head game. The reason why eating right and exercising is difficult for some people and simply a natural extension of life is how we have become mentally wired over time. The ability to maintain a high level of awareness and action around fitness has to be a choice that you make daily. A top five priority in your life will always gets done. Your health should rank up there. Only you can get it there, whether you like it or not, only you are responsible.
Stay mentally connected to what you want to accomplish. Allow the world to happen around you and not to you and then you can continue exercising and therefore reap the benefits. The more awareness and the commitment that you have to your personal health the more likely that you will find time for exercise and healthy eating. You will be more likely to make life-long choices that result in you being healthy and active.
Yes I said "LIFE-LONG CHOICES". Looking at fitness as a short term destination and Not as an ongoing way of being will show up as a problem you will have to make constant choices. You are faced with a life-time of lifestyle choices that result in either your best levels of health and your sexiest body or illness and undesirable outcomes. We are not all equipped with the mindset to continuously exercise and control what we eat.
You can most certainly learn and adopt it and benefit from a life long connection to fitness that you do no dread.
