This is  a video by doctor Mike Evans and I thought that it makes some great points.  I particularly liked the illustrations.  A picture tells a thousand words.  Everyone Get up. Even a little bit counts.  In my professional opinion at least four hours of your week should be spent exercising.  The average American spends 35 hours being programmed by a television. At least 4hrs could be spent programming your body (PHYSICALLY) to function as it was made to. Get Moving People!  Better yet Step up the intensity and make a progression out of it. What do you think? If you Don't have time to Exercise...Then You Don't Have Time To Live!
