Almonds and other nuts are great and healthy snacks for the individuals on the move. All of my health conscious an Busy workaholics out there can maintain healthy fit body's while succeeding at what they do.
Incorporate Raw,unsalted Almonds into your diet. During the roasting process that most nuts will undergo salt is added and some of the mineral and nutrients are lost in the process. Although it is said to be a minimal loss in some variety of nuts every little bit of nourishment that you can glean from today's foods counts. When it comes to nutrients in the foods that we consume aim to eat foods that are nutrient dense. There are already so many snack stuffs that do absolutely nothing for our body nutrient-wise. why take something that is naturally healthy and compromise its qualities for taste, shipping or even visual appeal.
The whole wheat products these days are a far cry from what they used to be in ancient times. The average whole wheat product nutritiously is a smidgen better than white bread and is a far cry from what is mad in some remote parts of the globe. If you leave it out on the counter for 2 weeks and can still come and make a sandwich to eat out of it with out devouring mold and penicillin then something is absolutely wrong. That goes for just about any food product out there.
If you got all organic ingredients and made it in your home from scratch you are better off than eating anything made in the Labs that they call bakery's, kitchens, food factories of today. Eat them less and you will find that there will be less fat on you.
Snack on Raw fruits and veggies. Make them the stars of the major dishes that you prepare. Replace the pasta, bread and rice with sprouted veggies, lentils, beans, quinoa, kale, and spinach. You will then reach a level of lean like you never experienced before in life.
Make it a goal of yours to eat something that is naturally occurring and raw most times of the day. You will actually save on your food bill each month and give your body the nutrients it is craving. If you really can't live without the white stuff...lmao then make only one meal of it daily. This will drastically diminish the amount of sugar that you consume as well. A body that is low on sugar consumption is a body that is less likely to experience diseases and ailments as well. Excess sugar consumption has been shown in numerous studies to manifest itself in a host of ailments. The expressions of too much sugar consumption varies from person to person in diseases ranging from obesity, diabetes, to various forms of cancer. According to the USDA he average American consumes 134 lbs of refined sugar yearly. (Excluding honey) Now that you know... Knock it off please! I love you guys... Add to your longevity each day.
