Better Body Expert LLC is a fitness solutions company. Way too many people are silent contributors at gyms.  They pay but don't show up and exercise and get results. BBEX is dedicated to providing people with what they truly need to get fit and even more importantly stay fit.  The company was founded as a mobile fitness company providing personal fitness instruction on location in-home, at places of business, etc. the NYC/NJ area. People tend to get results when a fitness professional shows up at your door ready to work. We have since been fortunate to work with individuals and corporations around the world. We now offer three main fitness solutions. We deliver One on One Fitness training, Fitness Programs/Courses, and fitness products.  After 16 plus years of working with various clients we have developed solutions that stick.  We create fitness solutions that lead to our clients developing the ability to actively choose to be fit every day, and most importantly take action. We have learned what it takes for our clients to make health and fitness a priority in their lives. Together we adapt new lifestyle habits that makes the client fit by default.  

Training the body and altering eating habits without strengthening the mind in the process makes for temporary results, at best.
